Chair Yoga

If you're interested in the benefits of practicing Yoga, but have physical limitations, Chair Yoga is the perfect fit for you!
Together in our Program Room, we'll take a seat and follow along with a series of instructional Chair Yoga videos on the big screen.
This is a free class for adults with no registration required.
