Student Cards
Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-12-2-25, students currently enrolled in Mt. Pleasant Twp. Community School Corporation who reside outside the library district, may, with parental signature, be issued a student library card to be used at the Yorktown-Mt. Pleasant Twp. Community Library.
Proof of current enrollment in Mt. Pleasant Twp. Community Schools, such as a report card, current student ID, or mail from the school to the student from the current school year, is required. Parent or guardian must provide current photo identification and proof of residency outside the library district (such as utility bill, check book, etc.). If parent or guardian wishes their child to have computer use privileges, both student and parent/guardian must sign a Computer Use Policy form and parent/guardian must sign a Minor Computer Use Permission Form. Students will also be required to follow the Patron Code of Conduct.
Student library cards expire one year from date of issue.
