Friends of the Library

Annual Friends of the Library Meeting in March;
     Please join us on Monday, March 8th at 7pm, for the Friends of the Yorktown Public Library Annual Meeting. Guest speaker Gene Gragg, owner of the Metal Works Fine Jewelry in Yorktown, will explain the process of creating custom designed jewelry. He will demonstrate the process of designing custom jewelry from start to finish and he will bring samples for you to see. Gene is a past officer and member of the Friends group and offers members a 10% discount at his jewelry store.
     We will also be electing new officers and board members as well as discussing possible future projects to support the library and the upcoming book sale in June. Your participation and votes are very important to the group and to supporting the library. Light refreshments will be available.      We will be accepting new and renewal memberships that night.

• $5 Students/Seniors (age 65 and over)
• $10 Individual
• $25 Family
